Partners in Housing Solutions (PHS) was designed to integrate into a network of partners, allowing us to leverage and maximize community resources. Our programs and partnerships are tailored to ensure that the people we serve have access to the services they need to become self-sufficient and remain housed long-term. We work hand in hand with many agency partners countywide to bridge service gaps and develop an individual approach to help our mutual clients succeed in housing and their lives.
