Rental Property Owners

Our network of over 219 rental property owners in Santa Barbara County is the backbone of our program. Their patience and dedication to our program and our clients are highly valued and their feedback helps drive our strategy for the future. In return, we provide our rental property owners with an additional financial safety net called our Risk Reduction Fund.

This fund minimizes the risk to the rental property owner by paying for damages, loss of rent and court/mediation costs up to $3,000 above the tenant’s security deposit.

PHS Provides:
