Housing First:

With Housing First, the goal is to lift clients off the street regardless of their barriers and give them the resources they need including housing to stabilize them. The idea is that being in a home will add the security needed for long-term success. By supporting programs that can provide rental and security deposit assistance as well as Coordinated Entry – we bring the final piece of the puzzle by offering:

Housing Ready:

Most clients need a transitional steppingstone out of homelessness into recovery and employment before they are ready to be placed with a private landlord. We value those agencies that have faithfully walked a client through that restorative process and are now looking for the next step. We provide that next step through:
